Job Summary

Store Manager / Business Development Manager Field Sales

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 46 Years
CTC: 46 LPA

Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager / BDM with strong field sales experience to drive B2B and B2C sales in modular kitchens and wardrobes. The role involves visiting client locations understanding requirements and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to understand kitchen/wardrobe requirements and provide solutions

  • Generate leads through field activities referrals and networking

  • Build strong relationships with builders architects and individual homeowners

  • Manage store operations walk-in customers and sales closures

  • Coordinate with internal teams for design proposals and order execution

  • Track leads follow-ups and conversions throughout the sales cycle



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 46 years of experience in field sales / business development

  • Experience in interiors modular kitchens real estate or construction preferred

  • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore

  • Ability to manage both sales and basic store operations




Required Skills:

Credit underwriting & risk assessment B2B/SME credit evaluation financial statement & cash flow analysis bureau reports (CIBIL/Experian) credit scoring models portfolio monitoring early warning indicators advanced Excel & MIS strong analytical and decision-making skills.


Required Education:

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent Certifications in credit risk preferred
