Position Overview:
The Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) is seeking to hire an organized professional and results oriented individual to serve as the primary administrative coordinator for all public meetings administered by CEI and the Business Enterprise Program. Under general direction of the General Counsel this skilled individual performs functions related to logistical aspects of meeting scheduling and the Open Meetings Act. Duties will include setting up video conferences establishing meeting agendas the compiling of meeting minutes the completion of special projects related to the Business Enterprise Program and making travel arrangements for senior level staff.
