Influencer Campaign Manager – Poland

This is a remote position.

What Youll Do

• Conduct effective influencer outreach and prospecting in the Polish market.
  

• Manage campaigns end-to-end: contracts invoices negotiations drafts and publications.
  

• Negotiate with influencers and talent to ensure campaign goals are met.
  

• Problem-solve creatively: if a creator is unavailable find alternatives that work.
  

• Scout and source talent ideally with an existing network or experience in hard-to-reach niches.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives and timelines.

• 34 years experience working for an influencer marketing agency.
  

• Strong campaign management skills with proven ability to deliver results.
  

• Excellent negotiation communication and problem-solving skills.
  

• Hands-on experience in talent scouting influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
  

• Preferably has a network of creators or experience working in challenging markets/niches.
  

• Fluent in Polish and English.
