NextGen Team Shortform Video Experiences (QVC App)
QVC is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of short-form video experiences within our mobile app. As part of the NextGen teamyoullshape how millions of customers discover engage and shop through innovative mobile-first video content. This role is pivotal in driving QVCs transformation into a social commerce leader blending entertainment and shopping in a seamless mobile to the Director of Product Management NextGen Experiences.
Where Youll Work
This role is remote and will require you to be onsite 4 times per year in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków. (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
What Youll Do
- Define and execute the product vision for shortform video experiences in the QVC app driving customer engagement and conversion.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering design content analytics) to deliver high-impact mobile features and experiences.
- Drive technical alignment by working fluently with engineering teams ensuring requirements areclearand solutions are scalable.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create customer-centric experiences balancing UX best practices with business goals.
- Champion customer-centric innovation byleveragingdata user feedback and market trends.
- Foster an inclusive high-performing team environment modelling QVCs Build the Team competency.
- Stay ahead of mobile and social commerce trends continuously iterating on product strategy.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business technology and creative teams including collaboration with globally distributed teams.
- Approach product decisions with a strong business mindset aligning initiatives with QVCs strategicobjectivesand long-term growth.
What Youll Bring
- 5 years of product management experience in mobile apps consumer experiences or social/video platforms.
- Proventrack recordof launching and scaling mobile-first products ideally in e-commerce media or social commerce.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX video content and customer engagement strategies.
- Fluent in working with engineering teams and driving technical alignment.
- Experience collaborating with design teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Strong analytical strategic and leadership skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in agile cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with agility adapt to change and drive results with speed.
- Passion for innovation and creating the future of digital shopping.
