  • Position: Regional HR Partner
  • Office location: Poland Rzeszow
  • Region of responsibility: Poland Germany France and Italy
  • Travel: Approx. 10-20 days per year
  • Reporting to: Director HR Business Partnering

Your key responsibilities

As a Regional HR partner youll be at the forefront of driving HR excellence across a dynamic and diverse region. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Advise and Coach: Provide hands-on HR support to leaders within your region helping them navigate local HR challenges and align with global policies.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks: Oversee all HR-related activities from recruitment and compensation to learning and development ensuring they align with global standards.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR Support and Global HR Business Partners to continuously refine and enhance HR processes in your region.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders employees and other business support functions to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Support Change Management: Partner with the business to manage people-related changes ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Report and Analyze: Track and report on key HR metrics providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Work and residence permit administration for all countries in the region (also including SingPass administration)

What we expect you will bring

  • Experience: You have more than 7 years in a similar role with a proven track record of supporting organisations and leaders at a regional level.
  • Education: You have a masters degree in a relevant subject to work within HR (University / Business school)
  • Skills:
    • Fluency in English and Polish with additional language skills within the region being a plus.
    • Strong stakeholder management problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Hands-on experience with global HR systems and a continuous process improvement mindset.
    • Experience of working in a global matrix organization.
    • Enjoy working independently - your closest HR colleagues work in other offices in Asia or Europe.
