Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- 28 hours per week
- With required daily morning meetings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am UK time
- The remaining hours are flexible

Job Description:
Youll play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing the cryptocurrency landscape for a growing investment management company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the crypto industry while performing essential research that directly impacts investment decisions. Youll work with a team that values thoroughness and attention to detail with comprehensive training provided to set you up for success. The role offers clear growth potential as the company expands from one research assistant to a team of 3-5 professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Twitter daily within curated cryptocurrency ecosystems to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Track and document new crypto projects as they emerge across eight different blockchain ecosystems
- Review and update information on pre-existing projects in the companys monitoring portfolio
- Analyze social graph interactions and account following patterns using specialized monitoring tools
- Attend daily morning team meetings to review changes and project updates across all monitored ecosystems
- Collate and organize research data across multiple concurrent cryptocurrency markets
- Provide consistent review of new information and developments in the crypto space
- Maintain detailed records of project developments and market movements
- Support the teams investment research process through systematic data collection
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently across multiple concurrent tasks
- Comfortable with social media monitoring and systematic data collection processes
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work UK business hours with morning meeting availability
- Strong English communication skills for daily team meetings and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple monitoring tasks simultaneously without losing focus
- Bonus if you have any cryptocurrency knowledge or interest in blockchain technology
- It helps if you have experience with social media research or data collection roles
