Position Summary
The Virtual Assistant will serve as a proactive right-hand Executive Assistant primarily supporting marketing content creation and administrative tasks. This role is designed to remove day-to-day operational and tedious work from the client allowing her to focus on growth expansion and high-impact activities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms including content planning scheduling and engagement.
Assist with content creation using tools such as Canva and Adobe (graphics short-form videos basic edits).
Manage email inbox respond to inquiries and handle business and collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
Assist with website management and basic website updates or coordination with developers.
Manage scheduling booking and coordination of speaking engagements sponsorships and partnerships.
Handle administrative and regulatory tasks including credentialing licensure and compliance tracking.
Organize personal and professional calendars appointments and reminders.
Assist with personal administrative tasks (e.g. bill reviews renegotiations reminders).
Proactively plan daily and weekly schedules providing structured agendas and reminders.
Requirements
Strong experience in content creation and social media management.(Non-Negotiable)
Proficient in Canva or Adobe tools; capable of basic video editing. (Non-Negotiable)
Highly proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently without constant direction. (Non-Negotiable)
Strong understanding of U.S. culture trends and business practices.
Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
Professional reliable and consistently on time.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Required Skills:
Qualifications & Skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented thrives in structured environments Process-driven comfortable following and improving SOPs Fluent in Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP formulas filtering etc.) At least 23 years of experience in operations admin or systems support Strong written communication skills; clear and professional documentation is key Familiar with QuickBooks Google Workspace and CRM/project tools like (preferred) Background in healthcare billing or BPO is a plus but not required Comfortable working independently while collaborating with U.S.-based leadership
