Job Summary
The Opportunity
Are you a data-driven professional who is curious about the future of AI At Isentia the Junior Research Analyst role is uniqueit bridges the gap between traditional manual research and modern automation. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy while actively helping us implement Generative AI and automation tools to revolutionize our research workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & Coding: Perform manual coding and sentiment analysis while cleaning large datasets in Excel to ensure they are ready for high-quality client reports.
AI & Automation Support: Assist in testing and refining Generative AI (GenAI) prompts and support the deployment of automation scripts (VBA Python or Apps Script).
Innovation: Identify repetitive tasks in your daily workflow and suggest creative ways to automate them using new AI and NLP tools.
Collaboration: Partner with Insights Managers and Account Management to prepare data visualizations and meet project quotas.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in Communications Business Data Analytics Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: We highly encourage Fresh Graduates to apply especially those with internships or projects involving data and AI.
Excel Mastery: You must be comfortable with Pivot Tables V-Lookups/X-Lookups and logical formulas.
AI Literacy: Entry-to-intermediate experience using ChatGPT Claude or Gemini with an interest in prompt engineering.
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately categorize sentiment or topics within large amounts of text.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Interest or basic knowledge in Python SQL or VBA (Excel Macros)
Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Canva.
