Overall Job Purpose
Are you a news enthusiast with a knack for data As a Research Analyst at Isentia you will be responsible for producing timely high-quality client reports by conducting in-depth research and applying insights efficiently. You will work closely with team leads and other analysts to ensure we consistently surprise and delight our clients with intelligence they can act on.
Report Production: Produce accurate error-free reports that adhere to required styles formatting and client-specific requirements.
Quality Control: Ensure all output meets team standards; candidates should be capable of self-QC within 3-4 months of hiring.
Deadline Management: Consistently meet internal and client deadlines proactively managing your workflow to avoid preventable delays.
Client Alignment: Keep abreast of developments in assigned accounts and changes in account briefs to ensure reports remain correctly aligned with client concerns.
Process Improvement: Constantly seek better methods to cover data in shorter production times and provide suggestions to reduce man-hours.
Data Health: Monitor and provide feedback on data health including identifying irrelevant posts or unusual changes in data volume.
Qualifications:
Experience: Approximately 1-2 years of experience in research with a solid knowledge of socio-political-economic current events.
Technical Skills: * Excellent reading comprehension writing and editing skills in Business English.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and GSuite.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-cultural teams and all levels of the organization.
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests within tight deadlines.
A genuine interest in news and current affairs.
