About the Role
As an Export Customer Service Apprentice youll play a vital role in supporting our international customer base. Working within our dynamic Export Customer Service team youll gain hands-on experience in managing customer orders coordinating logistics and ensuring exceptional service delivery across global markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in international trade and customer service while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
What Youll Be Doing
- Processing and managing export customer orders from entry through to delivery
- Creating Export documentation for international shipments
- Liaising with internal departments our manufacturing sites across the UK and external logistics providers
- Helping resolve customer queries and ensuring timely communication
- Taking responsibility for a set Customer base building strong relationships and demonstrating our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Learning about export compliance and international trade regulations

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
