Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance
Location: Andheri east -HO

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance professional (MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant) from reputed Institutes top-tier schools. The ideal candidate should bring proven expertise in financial planning business modeling cash flow management budgeting and fundraising with an excellent track record of driving financial strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop manage and monitor business plans budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Build review and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making.
Track company performance against financial goals and prepare variance analysis.
Manage end-to-end activities including liaising with banks investors and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Partner with senior management for strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports presentations and financial dashboards for leadership.
Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions.
Key Requirements:
MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) from reputed institutes.
35 years of progressive experience in finance roles preferably with exposure to corporate finance financial planning & analysis
Strong understanding of business plans cash flow management financial modeling and budgeting processes.
Demonstrated ability to raise funds and manage relationships with investors banks and other stakeholders.
Excellent analytical presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment.
