Job Summary
The Territory Manager for Franchise Operations is responsible for driving sales and profitability ensuring operational excellence and maintaining strong relationships with franchisee partners across a designated territory. This role involves leading a team of Area Managers to ensure store performance SOP adherence and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Help Franchisees Drive sales and store EBITDA at a store level
2. Ensure complete adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
3. Guarantee superior customer experience across all managed stores
4. Identify and address training needs for store staff along with L&D Team.
5. Drive ZEDC (WF) sales to franchisee partners
6. Collect all payments and receivables from franchisee partners in a timely manner
7. Support franchisees in managing store staff and customer relations as per WF policies
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with all franchisee partners
9. Manage mentor and lead a team of Area Managers to achieve targets
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Retail Operations with at least 6 years managing multi-store retail (preferred: Pharma/FMCG retail)
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of Area Managers
Proven experience in managing franchisee-owned stores
Academics: Graduate. MBA preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong SOP orientation along with sensitivity and prudence in handling situations.
