Job Summary
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through the application of continuous improvement methodologies & intelligent automation across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies standards processes best practices and roadmaps.
- Lead a team of business analysts RPA Developers and other support roles who are responsible for building and maintaining Intelligent Automation solutions and platforms.
- Lead reviews of business processes analysing requirements and developing optimization strategies uncovering opportunities for automations.
- Identifies and defines tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting business objectives by analysing the existing gaps.
- Oversee the end-to-end Intelligent Automation project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Write project scopes and functional specifications estimate project costs risks and assumptions.
Qualifications :
- University Degree
- Certification(s) in Automation Tools and Technologies in RPA/BPA space.
- Certification(s) in either Business Analysis or Project Management (Anyone of PMP Agile Project Management PRINCE 2 Agile CBAP etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in UiPath for automation and workflow development.
