About the Role: We are seeking a Strategy Associate to join the SRAT (Strategy Research Analytics & Transformation) Team which functions as an extension of the CEOs office. The role is central to driving strategic thinking research-backed insights and execution tracking across the organization. This position is ideal for an MBA (Marketing) graduate with a strong analytical and research orientation who is eager to build a career in corporate strategy and transformation. Key Responsibilities: Research & Analytics Conduct research on industry trends competition and emerging opportunities. Generate analytics-driven insights to support organizational decision-making. Develop structured reports and presentations for the CEO leadership team and board. Strategy Execution Tracking Track progress of strategic plans and transformation initiatives across functions. Identify execution gaps escalate issues and support resolution in collaboration with functional leaders. Maintain dashboards progress trackers and status reports for leadership visibility. SRAT Meetings & Coordination Coordinate SRAT meetings prepare agendas minutes and follow-up actionable items. Ensure all action points are tracked monitored and executed within agreed timelines. Act as a bridge between SRAT and business units to drive accountability. CEO Office & Board Support Assist the CEO and the Board in managing strategic priorities and management agendas. Support planning reviews and preparation of material for leadership discussions. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and growth. Skills & Qualifications: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory). Strong analytical research and presentation skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and AI & Research tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask work under pressure and think strategically. High ownership detail orientation and execution discipline.
