Job Purpose
The Marketer will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting hospitality services securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background in the hospitality industry excellent communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy bookings and revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Track and report on sales performance targets and marketing campaigns.
Participate in hospitality fairs exhibitions and networking events to promote the brand.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
23 years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing (preferably in hotels serviced apartments or resorts).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive self-driven and goal-oriented personality.
