Key Responsibilities:
- Source identify and engage qualified IT professionals across the UK using multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals social media networking events etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical technology roles (e.g. software engineers solution architects DevOps engineers cloud specialists etc.).
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements define candidate personas and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on UK recruitment trends market intelligence compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Preferred:
- Prior experience recruiting for contract IT positions in the UK.
- Familiarity with UK compliance and hiring practices.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools.
Total Experience Expected: 05-08 years
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 36 years of proven experience in IT recruitment specifically for roles based in the UK region.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and Boolean search.
- Excellent understanding of technical job roles skills and market landscape in the UK.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet hiring targets.
- Experience working with global teams or clients is a plus.
