Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential corporate and educational partners through targeted outreach and data-driven market research.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations proposals and pitch decks to articulate program value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting lead qualification negotiation contract closure and client onboarding.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring high satisfaction and uncovering upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to forecast revenue and inform strategic decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
    • 2 years of proven experience in business development sales or client acquisition roles.
    • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in the EdTech training services or professional development sectors.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
    • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events.
