Job Summary
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Insurance)
Job Description:
We are hiring Retail Sales Executives for insurance sales and customer acquisition. The role involves generating leads meeting prospective customers explaining insurance products and closing sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through field activities and referrals
Promote and sell insurance products to retail customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure renewals and referrals
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate (Insurance background preferred)
Experience: Freshers to 5 years in sales / insurance
Must possess a personal two-wheeler
Valid driving licence mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to commit for the long term (minimum 2 years)
Salary Details:
Freshers: 15000 per month
Experienced: As per last drawn salary and skill set
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate
Other Details:
Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Interview Mode: Face-to-face (23 rounds)
