Hiring Immediately Hardcore B2B Field Sales Executive for Mumbai & Pune Location For An Edtech Company (Remote Job) (Immediate Joining)

We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Hardcore B2B Field Sales Executive for a Startup Ed-tech Company to expand its business in Mumbai and Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive B2B field sales for EdTech solutions to Schools Colleges Universities & institutions
  • Identify pitch and close new business through in-person meetings and cold visits
  • Engage with decision-makers such as HR L&D CXOs and academic headsConduct product demos and solution presentations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within defined timelines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new institutional partnerships signed
  • Revenue generated per quarter
  • Conversion rate from leads to closures
  • Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
  • Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality)

Qualifications

  • 26 years of hardcore B2B field sales experiencePrior experience in EdTech Banking or Insurance
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and a target-driven environment
  • Graduate/MBA preferred
