Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring component stocks preparing monthly production projects and ensuring a seamless supply chain process. This role requires strong negotiation skills the ability to source reliable vendors and a solid understanding of electronics components. Proficiency in Tamil and English is essential with additional languages considered a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage component stock levels to support monthly production schedules.
Prepare and plan procurement projects for each months production requirements.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure quality.
Identify and onboard new reliable vendors to strengthen the supply chain.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with production goals.
Maintain accurate records of purchases supplier agreements and inventory data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in procurement supply chain or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electronics components and their applications.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Fluency in Tamil and English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with electronics manufacturing or similar industries.
