Summary:
The Presales Executive will support the sales team by designing positioning and demonstrating cloud and security solutions with a strong focus on Accops. The role requires close collaboration with sales channel partners and OEMs to deliver technically sound solutions that meet customer requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with technical presales activities including solution design demos POCs and technical presentations
Understand customer business and security requirements and propose Accops-based cloud security solutions
Conduct product demonstrations proof of concepts (POCs) and technical workshops for customers and partners
Prepare and respond to RFPs RFIs RFQs including technical documentation and BOMs
Work closely with channel partners and distributors such as Ingram Redington TechData and Crayon
Coordinate with OEMs for solution positioning technical clarifications and deal support
Assist in solution architecture covering endpoint security VDI access management and cloud security
Provide technical enablement and training to internal sales teams and partners
Stay updated on industry trends competitive products and evolving security technologies

- Quarterly and annual sales closure value
- New customer acquisition count
- Upsell / cross-sell revenue contribution
Skills:
- Hands-on or presales experience with Cloud Security / Endpoint Security / VDI / Access Management solutions
- Exposure to security and cloud vendors such as VMware Citrix Palo Alto Fortinet Sophos CrowdStrike McAfee Trend Micro
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure networking virtualization and security concepts
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in a clear and business-friendly manner
- Experience in conducting POCs demos and customer-facing presentations
Qualification :
- 36 years of experience in Presales / Solutions Engineering for cloud or security solutions
- Experience working with IT distributors or system integrators preferred
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT or related field
- Relevant certifications (Security / Cloud / Virtualization) are a plus
