Summary:
The role focuses on driving sales growth and expanding partner reach by promoting Microsoft Office 365 and related cloud solutions. The position involves business development partner engagement pipeline management and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase partner reach.

  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 offerings including its features benefits and competitive advantages. Effectively articulate product value propositions to potential partners.

  • Partner Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners resellers and OEM teams. Collaborate with them to create joint marketing and sales initiatives drive customer engagement and generate leads.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems. Track sales pipeline forecast revenue and provide regular reports to management.

  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive landscape and customer requirements.

  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops for channel partners resellers and end customers to enhance their understanding of Microsoft Office 365 solutions and maximize their sales potential.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing technical support and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in selling cloud solutions or related technologies to resellers
  • Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and business benefits of Microsoft Azure solutions to various audiences
  • Cloud sales certification (Azure AWS GCP etc.) is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or related field is preferred
