Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onsite Operations Manager to join our dynamic this role you will oversee the seamless execution of experiential marketing events ensuring that all logistical aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional brand experiences that resonate with audiences and meet client objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive event plans including timelines resource allocation and contingency strategies.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Onsite Supervision: Manage all onsite operations during events ensuring that setups activations and breakdowns are executed according to plan.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate onsite staff providing clear instructions and support to ensure efficient operations.

  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during events to minimize disruptions.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and company policies maintaining a safe environment for staff and attendees.

  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct debrief sessions to assess event outcomes gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.



Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in event operations or a related field preferably within an experiential marketing agency.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of event logistics vendor management and safety protocols.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
