Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to lead large-scale Data and/or Digital transformation projects. The role requires managing global delivery teams owning customer relationships and driving account growth through successful execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Data and/or Digital programs within Banking and Enterprise Risk Management domains
Act as the primary client-facing engagement lead ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
Own account management responsibilities including revenue growth renewals and identification of new opportunities
Manage and coordinate global cross-functional teams across geographies
Partner with senior client stakeholders (CXO / EVP level) to align delivery outcomes with business objectives
Oversee project governance financials risk management and compliance
Ensure delivery excellence adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping proposals and client presentations
Requirements
Strong domain experience in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Proven experience leading Data and/or Digital transformation projects
Demonstrated ability to manage large complex client engagements
Experience leading global delivery teams
Solid background in customer relationship management and account management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L for accounts
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with regulatory risk credit risk market risk or operational risk platforms
Exposure to analytics cloud AI/ML or digital platforms in banking
Consulting or professional services background
