Job Summary

Ø Demonstrate strong personal sales skills with consistent performance in meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Ø Motivate and drive the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Ø Understand and effectively utilize different sales channels to maximize sales opportunities.

Ø Develop strategies tailored to each channel to optimize outreach and conversion.

Ø Maintain in-depth and updated knowledge of all company products services and fleet offerings.

Ø Ensure the team is well-versed in product details to confidently assist customers and close sales.

Ø Transfer knowledge effectively by coaching and training new staff members ensuring they understand company processes product offerings and sales strategies.

Ø Identify areas for skill improvement and organize ongoing training sessions for the team.

Ø Lead by example in professional presentation and communication with customers and colleagues.

Ø Address and resolve team conflicts promptly maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Ø Take disciplinary action when necessary ensuring compliance with sale procedure and company policies.

Ø Work independently and take initiative to solve problems improve sales processes and implement new strategies.

Ø Prepare daily and monthly sales report.

Ø Work collaboratively with other departments ensuring effective information sharing and solving client issues on time.

Ø Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree/Masters in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales/ corporate sales for at least 5 years.
  • Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
  • Prior experience in fleet tracking/ management company is an added advantage
  • Sales target driven
  • Drive new business development
  • Solution orientated
  • Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
  • Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
  • CRM applied experience
