The Center of Excellence of Compensation is recruiting an HR Compensation Analyst.

What you will do:

• Perform market analysis and salary benchmarking to support compensation decisions.
• Assist in maintaining internal compensation frameworks and pay structures as well Performance Model (KPIs) from the Group.
• Provide operational support during compensation review cycles such as merit and bonus processes.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistency in compensation application.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor compensation metrics and trends.

Work site: Hybrid Model

What are we looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources Business Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Basic understanding of compensation tools and methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
