As aHealth and Benefits Analyst you will be supporting projects for large complex clients! Youll also be managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) all while developing your benefits expertise that will allow you to make recommendations on plan design and strategy to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects;
Deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures;
Specialize in the health insurance market (for individuals and SME);
Technical knowledge of life and disability accident and health insurance products;
Check policies technical calculations market presentations and client documentation.

Qualifications

The Requirements

University degree on Economics Business Administration or others;
Knowledge of health or benefits insurance market;
Experience in broker or insurance company;
Good client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximizeresources effectively to achieve goals;
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team and capacity to work in a fast-pacedenvironment;
Extremely organized with strong time management skills;
Knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Microsoft office knowledge (excel word power point).
