Job Summary
Air Liquide is a french multinational company market leader in gases production and comercialization technology and services for Industry and Health.

Support in the development and execution of cluster & local HR initiatives.
You will contribute to this mission by supporting
The transformation HR Projects
Social dialogue with employees representatives
The benefits & compensation processes (salaries pension plans...)
Optimization of the learning and development processes
Employee Experience initiatives: On-boarding yearly events....
Continuous improvement for HR Processes & Tools
EU pay transparency regulations

Education Qualification -
Engineering or Business School background ( Specialization in Human Resource is good to have)
Soft and Hard Skills :
Rigourous and efficient
Analysis skills
Stress resistant to cope with deadlines
Good communication skills
Language -
Spanish language knowledge ( Must Have)
English knowledge ( Must Have)
Portuguese is Nice to have
