The Networks Platform Studies and Energy Balances team intends to strengthen its team by hiring an Energy Data Analyst.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the preparation of the Energy Balance Sheet by accounting for the entry and distribution of energy flows in the distribution network (technical/accounting).
  • Develop regulatory studies in the context of determining loss profiles.
  • Conduct specific energy studies to assess impacts in light of the current energy sector paradigm (e.g. self-consumption electric mobility system services and energy communities).
  • Calculate the evolution of losses in the distribution network.
  • Propose and develop innovative methodologies for loss calculation models.
  • Continuously monitor the process seeking to identify opportunities for performance and efficiency improvements.
  • Communicate results/indicators to internal and external entities of the group.

Work place: Lisbon or Porto

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Up to 5 years professional experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
  • We value experience in data analysis and problem solving as well as knowledge of the electricity sector and familiarity with tools such as Python and Databricks.
  • We value soft skills such as teamwork organization sense of responsibility dynamism/proactivity and autonomy.
  • Openness to change and ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Fluent in English.
