Role Overview

The TestCenter (TCE) provides structured and standardized testing services based ona mature and proventesting strategy and methodology. Its core activities include test design and test executionsupporting projects across key business domains such as Savings and Protection.

The Test Analyst will contribute to testingactivities across multiple business-critical applications ensuring qualitycompliance and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

TestDesign

Contribute to the design of test caseswithin project teams

Ensure alignment with project scope design and deliverables

Register test cases and test subjects in the dedicated testing toolsfollowing defined standards

Prepare validate and communicate test deliverables withinscope

Ensure propertest prioritization

Contribute to the organization and structuringof Business Analysis testknowledge

TestExecution

Execute tests within the defined scope andprovide Go / No-Go input

Record testexecution results in the appropriate tools

Identify and report risks related to delays or quality issues

Provide regular status updates to the Test Lead and management

Defect& Anomaly Management

Identify and document defects/anomalies withinscope

Register defects in the appropriate trackingtools

Contribute to defect prioritization

Participate in defect resolution and re-validation

Provide input for final reports and proceduresdocumentation

Standards &Methodologies

Apply defined testing procedures and methodologies

Adopt serviceculture values and quality principles

Participate in workshops and continuous improvementinitiatives

Technical Qualifications

Degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or related fields

Understanding of project and testing methodologies

Knowledge of testing principles and terminology(ISTQB)

Experience in testing insurance or banking applicationsis desirable

Essential Skills

Frenchlanguage proficiency mandatory

Minimum3 years of experience in softwaretesting activities

Ability to build and manage test schedules

Knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of API testing

Experience in risk identification and follow-up

Strong coordinationand collaboration skills

Systematic critical and logical thinking

Strong summarizationand reporting skills

Committed detail-oriented and pedagogicalmindset

Desirable Skills

5years of testing experience

Knowledge of test management tools(e.g. Octane)

Customer satisfactionoriented mindset

Focus on high-qualitydelivery

Knowledge of SAS

Experience with job schedulers (-M or similar)

Ability to work under pressure and manageconflicts

Strong listening questioning and learningskills

Ability to plan ahead prioritize workload andadapt to change

Additional Information

Ability to travel outside Portugal

Availability to work outside normal office hoursin exceptional situations
