Main Responsibilities
Create structure and optimize travel packages that integrate accommodation transportation local experiences and complementary services;
Monitor the commercial performance of travel packages adjusting prices itineraries and components according to demand and competition;
Analyze tourism trends customer profiles and competitor benchmarking identifying new business opportunities;
Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners (airlines hotels local operators tourist entertainment companies);
Work closely with marketing sales and operations teams to ensure the effective promotion distribution and execution of travel packages;
Ensure that the services provided maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction;
Develop unique value propositions that make the company stand out in the tourism market;
What were looking for:
Education in Management Tourism or similar fields;
3 years of experience in the tourism field;
In-depth knowledge of the tourism sector international destinations and market trends;
Negotiation and partnership management skills;
Strong results orientation and experience in performance data analysis;
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
Fluency in English (other languages will be valued);
Availability for national and international travel and to participate and represent the company in partner events and industry gatherings.
