Synergie Australia is seeking a Client Service Manager for our client who is a leader in integrated facility service across cleaning property & support services located in Campbelltown

The important parts:

  • 38 hours Monday Friday
  • 90K Vehicle
  • Temp to Perm Start Immediately

What you will be required to do:

The Client Service Manager role is responsible for the day to day management of an assigned area / customer base and should ensure that their work that of their teams is delivered in the most cost-effective manner to ensure that the client obligations to its customers are met

  • Develop a professional working relationship with clients
  • Manager and maintain cleaning services on site to ensure continued customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the clients communications book
  • Keep clients full informed of cleaning activities planned and carried out on site
  • Arrange and coordinate relief staff including those required to cover approved leave
  • Supervise and/or assist in site cleaning when relief staff are unavailable or during vacation clean

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Already hold or be prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance
  • Current and relevant driver licence
  • Competent in carrying out HSE
  • Risk Assessments
  • Working with children check a MUST
  • Current NSW Police Check
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
