Job Summary
How youll be making an impact in peoples lives:
- Provide leadership and direction for Consultants to meet RTW state benchmarks.
- Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files to achieve return to work within budget and timeframes
- Undertake specific services and assessments such as; worksite vocational functional ergonomic equipment home and job analysis as required.
- Analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly
- Conduct initial assessments identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required
- Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios.
- Engage and lead team to deliver their individual KPIs and develop and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance.
- Involvement in recruitment and selection process and manage comprehensive on boarding of new recruits.
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role:
- Qualifications and full relevant registration in Occupational Therapy Social Work Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Psychology Chiropractic Osteopathy or Rehab Counselling
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers compensation rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers medical practitioners employers and employees
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
- Proven organisation and time management skills
