Job Summary

The Opportunity:

We at Flywire are looking for a forward-thinking motivated and hardworking Client Success Manager to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing Enterprise level business clients in the ANZ region. This individual should be a phenomenal teammate interested in building a new business unit and be motivated by success.

The Client Success Manager will work with the Travel Sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of the Enterprise Travel client base improve client retention upsell to increase revenue identify opportunities for improvement provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize Flywires Payment Solution. This includes: 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within Enterprise level Travel business client accounts
  • Creating the ideal strategy for each Travel business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling
  • Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms
  • Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding
  • Strategic Consultation - Become a payment expert for our merchants delivering expertise education leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy. Also provide a feedback loop for The Client by gathering merchants feedback evaluating the evolution of merchant needs and communicating these to product and management personnel.
  • Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by Flywire and maintaining at all times a professional and ethical relationship with Travel clients when representing Flywire
  • Execution and results oriented - A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

Qualifications :

Heres What Were Looking For: 

  • 5 years of relationship management account management experience or similar role
  • Experience in inside sales handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
  • Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal analytical and planning skills
  • Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
  • Salesforce GSuite Asana Jira Slack Looker Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • Preference to candidates in a central or eastern time zone 
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
