Job description
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Card Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role youll be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our card operations ensuring seamless and accurate processing of card-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day card operations including reporting chargebacks and card accounting
Handle daily card reporting including transaction analysis and performance metrics
Address operational issues and provide solutions to enhance efficiency
Participate in the updating of customer documentation (company web T&Cs etc.)
Actively participate in issuing and acquiring implementation projects (operational part of processes)
Provides necessary information to the Product team and Development team
Actively support other teams across the company providing card-related operational insights

Job requirements
2 years of experience in card operations issuing acquiring or related financial services roles
Experience working with payment schemes chargebacks and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with reconciliation processes and financial reporting in a card environment
Exposure to compliance and audit processes in the card industry is a plus
Problem-solving and analytical skills to manage operational challenges
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
English language (B2 level)
