Tasks

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues.
  • Install configure and maintain desktop computers peripheral equipment and software applications.
  • Document and track issues reported by users ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and managing asset allocation for new hires and existing staff.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a desktop support role preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
