Job Description
A bit about the role:
We are hiring two experienced Crew & Complex Booking Specialists for a 3 months contract to manage travel for crew staff and high-complexity itineraries. This office role requires advanced Amadeus GDS skills deep fare knowledge and the ability to manage non-standard bookings disruptions and special pricing cases. Youll support daily operations and strategic reporting across group charter and corporate travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookings (inc air and hotels) for crew and staff using Amadeus.
- Manage urgent corporate and policy-sensitive trips with a focus on cost control and service quality.
- Resolve complex cases incl. involuntary changes fare audits and group bookings.
- Issue/refund tickets manage ADMs/ACMs apply marine/AD fares and multiple tour codes.
- Process ticket issuance refunds and reconciliations through BSPLink.
- Maintain group & charter sheets with pax counts net fares and route-level insights.
- Support fare monitoring and compare actual vs historical pricing reports
- Provide reports per group/leg and suggest adjustments based on drop-off trends.
- Work alongside fleet and other relevant stakeholders building a trusted service
- Take part on the on call out of hours emergency phone a rotation basis to ensure that the fleet is supported 24/7 365 days of the year
