Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn the record retention schedule in detail
Review organize and create detailed labels for various types of electronic and hardcopy HR Office files
Use solid judgment to accurately determine each files category for retention
Apply standard naming conventions
Scan hardcopy files for retention as appropriate
Purge files as appropriate
