Salary: 3500 BGN gross/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Czech to join our growing team in Sofia. Our client is a global company selling cigarettes cigars smokeless tobacco and next-generation products like heated tobacco and e-cigarettes. It owns well-known brands. The company places a strong emphasis on compliance responsible marketing and adult-only product support. You will be providing high-quality service to customers for a leading international lifestyle and consumer brand. This is an on-site role where youll handle inquiries with professionalism attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone email and chat resolving a variety of inquiries

  • Assist customers with product information order tracking account management and general support

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional experiences that align with brand standards

  • Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution

  • Stay informed about product updates service policies and campaign offerings

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Czech (C2 level) verbal and written

  • Good English skills (minimum B2) required for internal communication and training

  • Previous experience in customer service retail or e-commerce support is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced structured and multilingual environment
