Working Hours: Rotational shifts

  • Monday Saturday: 09:00 23:00

  • Sunday: 10:00 19:00

Role Overview

We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers for a premium lifestyle and consumer brand.
You will be based on-site in Sofia delivering personalized support for digital products and services while ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Slovenian

  • Support customers with account-related requests product guidance order status and basic device troubleshooting

  • Ensure full compliance with brand quality and regulatory standards including strict age-verification procedures

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in English within internal CRM systems

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required

  • Stay up to date with product updates campaigns and support processes

  • Work flexibly across rotating shifts including evenings and weekends

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Native or C2-level fluency in Slovenian

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic products

  • Previous experience in customer support retail or consumer-focused roles is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions
