Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers for a global consumer brand. This is an on-site role based in Sofia offering a stable long-term opportunity within an international environment.
You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels while ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Slovenian
- Provide support related to accounts products orders and basic troubleshooting
- Accurately document interactions in internal CRM systems (English)
- Follow compliance age-verification and company procedures
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
- Work in rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
Candidate Requirements
- Native or C2-level Slovenian
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage
Compensation
- Gross salary: 3700 BGN per month
- 14 salaries per year according to Bulgarian employment law
