As a Business Analyst cum Project Manager within the FICC Market Operations Transformation team you will lead strategic initiatives that align business requirements with technical solutions. You will collaborate across teams to ensure projects deliver operational scale and client value. Your role will be pivotal in driving successful project outcomes and supporting change management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct working group sessions to understand needs and expectations
- Identify gaps in current processes and propose actionable solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation for business and technical teams
- Ensure clarity and accessibility of all project documentation
- Validate final deliverables against requirements and expectations
- Lead project planning execution and delivery aligned with objectives
- Work with technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues
- Support change management initiatives and provide training for adoption
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Apply strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Analyze complex problems and make effective decisions
- Communicate exceptionally with stakeholders and senior management
- Utilize project management and business analysis tools like MS Project JIRA and Confluence
