Job Summary

Job Description:

Provide end-to-end support in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the IBC framework
Assist IRP/RP in managing insolvency assignments
Verification and admission of claims from creditors
Preparation and maintenance of Information Memorandum (IM)
Drafting compiling and managing CoC (Committee of Creditors) documentation
Support transaction audits and forensic reviews during CIRP
Perform financial analysis of listed entities
Handle compliance and documentation under IBC and Companies Act
Prepare and maintain CIRP and regulatory filings with accuracy
Coordinate with stakeholders including creditors advisors and legal team
