Job Summary

Data Analyst
Location Gurugram Haryana
Work Mode Work from Office (Full-time)

The Data Analyst (Operations) will analyze operational data build predictive models and generate insights to improve fleet performance pricing and cost efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills businessacumen and collaboration with multiple teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Conduct Residual Value (RV) Analysis using market trends OEM pricing and historical data to develop RV prediction models and benchmark competitor pricing.
Build cost prediction models for Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) based on car segments usage and mileage.
Analyze insurance claims and maintenance costs to identify anomalies inefficiencies and vendor performance gaps.
Collaborate with the Services team to define R&M budgets and optimize operational costs.
Design pricing models for services such as Pick & Drop Replacement Cars and Insurance Depreciation (ADW).
Prepare and manage MIS reports and dashboards for management insights.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and statistical modeling abilities.
Proficiency in Excel SQL Python R and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Excellent data interpretation problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Engineering/Statistics (Masters in Data Science preferred).
3 years of experience in data analytics or operations.
Experience in automotive Car leasing fleet management OEMs or financial services preferred.
