About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales teams by delivering strategic insights and recommendations through:
Comprehensive market research
Company and account-level research (priority accounts new pursuits etc.)
Strategy development (large deal strategies executive engagement approaches winning tactics etc.)
Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on account intelligence and identify opportunity areas for sales leaders and senior management
Evaluate market trends customer behavior and competitor landscape through in-depth research and analysis
Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to generate actionable insights
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify key trends patterns and strategic opportunities
Prepare well-structured reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies aligned with market insights
Handle and manipulate large datasets to uncover meaningful connections and insights
Present and socialize findings with sales leaders and their teams to drive informed decision-making
Experience Required
4 to 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
Professional Skills
Experience across industries; specific expertise in Mining Energy Utilities Industrials and Manufacturing is a plus
Strong proficiency in data analytics both quantitative and qualitative
Advanced Excel skills are an advantage
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable
