Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Enter production inventory purchase and sales data into ERP / Excel systems
Maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
Coordinate with production stores and accounts teams
Update stock movement inward/outward records
Maintain documents and digital records systematically
Assist in audits and internal reporting requirements

Technical & Office Skills
Data entry & data management
MS Excel (basic formulas VLOOKUP preferred)
MS Word & MS Office tools
ERP / SAP / Tally exposure (preferred)
Operational Skills
MIS reporting
