About the Role
Were looking for a Business Analyst who understands how digital products scale in real B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on e-commerce experience and a proven track record of converting business needs into clear actionable technical requirements. Youll work closely with product owners developers QA teams and stakeholders to define user journeys solve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery of features.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyse and document business requirements across B2B or B2C flows
Translate business needs into functional specs user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with product backend frontend and QA teams to align on scope and delivery
Analyse e-commerce funnels user journeys and checkout flows to optimise performance
Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and process mapping for new features
Support sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritisation
Work with cross functional teams to ensure business goals are translated into product features
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage expectations
Use data and insights to recommend improvements for product usability and business KPIs
Ensure timely documentation of workflows BRDs FRDs and change requests
Must Have Skills
Strong experience in B2B or B2C business processes
Mandatory e-commerce experience (catalogue cart checkout payments returns logistics)
Hands-on experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Solid understanding of product lifecycles sprints and Agile frameworks
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into insights
Experience working with engineering teams to convert requirements into technical tasks
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Figma Miro or similar
Good to Have
Experience in cross border e-commerce or marketplace ecosystems
Exposure to SaaS ERP CRM or order management systems
Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 Mixpanel or similar
Experience conducting UAT or leading business testing cycl
