We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our SAP SuccessFactors project this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality stability and performance of SAP SuccessFactors applications.
You will collaborate closely with test managers developers business analysts and project managers across the software development lifecycle to deliver robust high-quality HR technology solutions.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Assurance
Analyze business requirements functional specifications and technical documentation to understand scope and testing needs.
Develop comprehensive and traceable test cases aligned with business and functional requirements.
Design and execute multiple testing types including:
Functional Testing
Integration Testing
Regression Testing
Execute test cases record results and log defects accurately.
Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure test coverage quality metrics and defect trends are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Automation & Tooling
Explore opportunities for test automation and support an automation-first testing approach.
Contribute to the development execution and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
Execute automated test suites and analyze outcomes for defects and improvements.
Manage test execution and defect lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work effectively within diverse inclusive and cross-functional teams.
Build strong constructive client and stakeholder relationships.
Communicate clearly and effectively to support testing activities and project outcomes.
Participate in test planning monitoring and control activities.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Professional Experience
3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing with a strong focus on SAP applications.
Hands-on testing experience with SAP SuccessFactors including one or more of the following modules:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting (RCM)
Onboarding (ONB)
Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Compensation (COMP)
Succession & Development (SCD)
Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported within SAP SuccessFactors.
Testing Skills
Experience designing and executing functional integration and regression test cases.
Proficiency in defect tracking test execution and lifecycle management using Azure DevOps.
Ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous situations.
Experience working on and guiding complex testing assignments.
Education
Preferred Qualifications
Automation testing experience using Tricentis Tosca
TOSCA Level 2 Certification (preferred)
Experience serving as a technical advisor or mentor to junior team members.
Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams.
Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and testing innovations.
