Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with or lead project planning scheduling and execution activities
- Track progress against project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as meeting minutes progress reports and risk registers
- Monitor project budgets and support with financial reporting
- Assist with procurement processes and contract administration
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Identify potential issues or delays and assist in developing mitigation plans
- Support compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in project management Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Stakeholder / customer management experience
- 25 years of experience in a project support or coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera or Asana) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
