- Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Ensure that all educational programs align with relevant early childhood education standards.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.
Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling enrolment and parent communication.
- Maintain a clean safe and well-organized preschool environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the centres budget.
- Monitor expenses revenue and financial performance.
- Seek opportunities to increase enrolment and revenue.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrolment attendance and curriculum.

- Graduation 1 Year of Experience
- Efficient enough to understand a childs development and needs.
- Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.
- Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team.
- Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
- Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
